We will ensure that any patch that is required for your environment has been tested and deployed by other organisations successfully before we will add it to our patching schedule. This ensures that you are not exposed to any issues caused by vendor updates.

We’ll agree and publish a list of maintenance periods that don’t impact on your business operations and during this period will apply any relevant patches, will fully test the operation of your systems after these are applied and will update all of your system documentation.
